Water water everywhere

There was something up this summer. The river. We kept getting rain
all summer, so by the beginning of August the water had risen to crazy
high levels. The fence on the right is about six feet tall all the way
under the bridge, and usually the water level is way below the fence.
There were some jet skiers on the river that had to duck way down to get
under the bridge.
